| The above mentioned methods are very easy to read & understand. but the herbs cultivation is entirely different from other cultivation. Basically other crops cultivators concentrate on plant growth & development. So they preferred inorganic fertilizer for crop high yield. But the herbals are consumed by living beings. If the inorganic fertilizers are involved in herbal cultivation the major part of chemical residues deposit in it ,So it adversely affect the food chain. |

| SOIL - plays a part of role in cultivation. Soil are of many types & It differs from place to place .For herbs cultivation we preferred five type of soils,1.Red soil,2.Red loamy soil,3.Black soil,4.Black soil with loamy,5,Dry soil. We ,JKExports, during the time of herbs cultivation, we preferred any soil with loamy because the loam will maintain the temperature level during drought season .In our soil we concentrate the major role for earthworm |

| LAND PREPARATION - mainly leads to both the profit & the loss of the yield. 3 feet of deep ploughing with 5Mt FYM & 4 Kgs of Trichoderma and maintaining the land with moisture for 15 days. Again ploughing three times to remove all weeds, again we allowed 8-10 days to germinate the weed ,then ploughing to destroy all the weeds.After completion of destroying all weeds, we prepare ridges and furrows depends upon the crop sowing.We diverging the water through furrows from main channels. We must maintain the main channel 2 feet depth from the land surface because the moisture level maintaining beneath the earth .This will improve the plant growth. |

| MANURE - The selection of the Manure is the most essential for the herbs cultivation. We ,JKExports selecting the manure minimum one year old,& is free of insects, and the selected manure stored in proper covered place without any rain showered. If any negligence occurred the end product of the herbs rejected ,due to the fungal formation. So we avoid open place manure. Finally we ramped the manure and feeding the manure under movable condition to cover the entire field. |

| IRRIGATION FACILITY – Rainwater is the soul of all plants. We utilize the water in two ways:1.Drip,2.Sprinkler -are methods of water saving And the Government also providing subsidy for these two methods .Normally We JKExports maintain the water path with more space & depth between each furrows to maintain the wet condition for long days than standard water circulating time.The first irrigation has to be given immediately after planting and further irrigation has to be planned based on availability of rain.

| SOWING – For sowing we JKExports maintain specified techniques. Nursery Herbs : Initially We cleaned the herb nursery & we preferred sterile blade for nursery cutting . Herb Seeds: seeds are soaked & We form the seed bed in our green house for the germination of plant. Finally we follow the same procedure of nursery for commercial cultivation. Usually the people sowing the plants in middle of the furrows but we followed one of our specified technique ,planting the nursery at the down edge of both side of path for easy water absorption |

| FERTILIZER – are of two types Organic & Inorganic. We,JKExports are strictly grown Herbal plants under ORGANIC conditions. In market the unauthorized companies are based upon the advertisement they are providing fatal organic plant tonics for the high yield .Our suggestion ,this type of plant tonics & plant growth promoters are not advisable for the herbs ,the natural organic supplementaries will give the normal yield .In all aspects the organic is highly preferable for the herbal cultivation.So we JKExports prefer vermicompost and neem oil for pest control. proper irregation has to be given immediately after fertilizer application.

| WEEDING -
The unnotified weeds are sucking 20% of nitrogen from
main crop per hectare which leads to unnecessary loss
of yield & profit.We JKExports prevent
the weeds from initial stage of ploughing & we maintain
specified techniques to control the weeds .1.Before sowing
the herbal crop, we preferred cultivating 45 days crop
. 2.After sowing the herbal crop every 7 days we monitor
the weed control manually , once the plant reach certain
stage the weeds are controlled .3.Before sowing depend
upon the crop we plan the number of plants sowing per
acre,number of furrows per acre & number of water
diversities per acre. |

HARVESTING – Harvesting is the final stage in cultivation.We JKExports followed specified technique for appropriate crops. 1.For tubers like Coleus Forskholii before harvesting we irrigate entire land to get the whole tubers & For nursery cutting we use the sterile blades , for the recultivation.2. For seeds like Gloriassa Superba, we allow the ripened fruit until they burst .Finally we collect the seeds before falling. 3.For perrinial crop like Phyllanthus Amarus, we are collecting both leaves and whole plant. In collection of whole plant we use sterile cutters to cut the whole plant by leaving the stem nodes for re-growth.
